H is for "home from home"

Life moves outdoors in the summer months, and we enjoy our gardens and terraces. Just recently I've noticed that the local wild life (and not so "wild" life), have been moving out of doors too.

The swan families leave their nests and explore the canals - becoming much more friendly once they know they can have titbits - These were outside my house the other day!

This swallows nest at the stables was a hive of activity for weeks, but the day I took my camera in - the birds had flown!

Not far though - their mum was still trying to convince them that the great outdoors was the place to be!

Maxi swopped her resting place on Jolanda's bed for this warm roof top yesterday....

But Snuffie was not happy when Jolanda thought she might like it there as well.

And they both took a dim view of being the centre of attention!
